Scripting language to attach programs to mob/obj/room - tie into interests. Make it work, and make it usable in deadedit.
- persistent variables
- branching
- figure out how badly delay will bollucks things up

Corollary use - quests managed by scripting
- figure out whether bitvector on char_data is sufficient, or if another structure would be required to track quest progress/completion
