Change how both of these work.

Sanc to a non-stacking affect that reduces damage by a fixed amount (or fixed percentage).
- Ability line(s) to increase the fixed amount (or fixed percentage) which sanc-alike absorbs/mitigates.

I'm honestly surprised sanc wasn't factored in cumativrly already. That's how it should be. Make it so lol.

as long as Paladin resist still stacks/benefits from Sanc. thats kind of the only real reason to play Paladin at the moment. taking away the sanc/resist stack is a huuuuuuuge nerf to them.

also, how would this affect Block for monks?
